Founded in 2011 by a group of an Executive Management Team of professionals, Dar Massader is an organization focused on the trading and implementation of products and solutions suitable for primarily the Energy, Construction, Communications, Industrial and Media sectors in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf by partnering with top industry leaders in their respective industries. Dar Massader is also responsible for managing a large private investment portfolio, locally and globally, in various sectors.

Specialized in the areas of Real Estate development for more than 10 years with specialty in Real Estate Funds. Main career achievements; Maceen Capital and an extensive experience in executing numerous Real Estate and Construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Stephen has a history of success even in some of the most difficult environments. Stephen strives for excellence in all that we do and is passionate about creating high performance teams to deliver on our promises. A Fellow in the Institute of Leadership & Management, as well as being awarded a Fellowship in the Institute of Management Stephen continues on the learning journey of life. He has numerous academic credentials and qualifications including an MBA from UK.

A professional Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience managing construction projects and maintenance programs directed to upgrade the facilities and their management. Have a long track joint experience working with US Army and the Saudi Arabian National Guard teams.
