MV Cable Termination Failure Investigation

Brief: The plant suffered a failure in a single core medium voltage cable termination at their facility. The cables underwent x-ray inspection for NDT and Root Cause Analysis by a power cable SME, enabling the development of a corrective action plan, training needs assessment & delivery, and fault mitigation strategies for existing & planned infrastructure.
