Project Engineer

About the role:

The Electrical Project Engineer should be highly motivated and detail-oriented with experience in the construction industry. Proven track record in developing effective plans and schedules for various projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost reduction, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project schedules outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure alignment of project plans with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Allocate resources based on project priorities and constraints.
• Utilize project management software to develop and maintain schedules.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of planning strategies and adjust as needed.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and standards.

Skills and attributes:

• In-depth knowledge of construction, installation methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is mandatory for this role.
• Strong planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BS / BEng) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar position in construction or maintenance (Renewable energy or electrical field).
• Training or a certificate in Project Planning is a plus.
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Advanced English language.
• Hands-on experience in Solar or Wind Energy projects will be a plus point.
